Labor Day - Whidbey Island

Whidbey has been a friend tradition on or around every Labor Day since 2002. We have not been to Whidbey since 2006 due to weddings and a baby. This was our first trip back so we couldn't have anything less than an 80's/White Trash Theme weekend at the Bartlow Family Single-Wide Cabin. We all dressed as disgusting as we could get, the boys set up Whidbey Olympics which consisted of horseshoes, ladder ball, and beersbie. Then we ended the night with flipcup. All and all it was a great time and we looked good doing it. Payton was safely at home with his Grandma Jeanie and Grandpa Kal for the weekend.

Payton and Bodi Play Time

Payton loves playing with Bodi so much, even though Bodi doesn't appreciate it as much!

Play time

Payton no longer sits in his exe-saucer. He only wants to play along side it. Can we call Bruiser yet?

Nana & Papa's 60th Wedding Anniversary

Congrats to my Nana & Papa for their 60 beautiful years of Marriage. They are the sweetest love birds I have ever known! It was so great to see all of my family; aunts, uncles, cousins, distant relatives and family friends. They all made the event so wonderful. Nana & Papa you are the root of an amazing family and a prosperous generation! We love you!

I am ready to walk!

Grandma Jeanie bought Payton the cutest crocodile walking toy. The mouths of the crocodiles open and close the faster Payton pushes the toy. Now we just need to teach him how to turn the toy around.

Congrats to Mr. & Mrs. Brandon and Rachel Arteaga

Travis, Payton and I attended Trav's cousin Rachel's wedding this past Sunday. The ceremony was at a gorgeous location on the UW campus and the reception was at the Bath house in Golden Gardens park. What an adorable couple Brandon and Rachel make. Their friends and family had such wonderful things to say about both of them. We wish them both the best. Congrats again to Brand and Rachel Arteaga!

I didn't get a good picture of the Bride in her goreous wedding gown but I did get a shot of her in her amazing reception dress.
