I will join the rest of the bad bloggers out there and apologize for my personal poor blogging. Life has been too crazy, but at least its been a good crazy!
We did our annual traditional Christmas things throughout December including cutting a tree down and Santa pictures (see picts from December post). We attended our big family Christmas party that is growing bigger every year, at least 80 people there this year, including 5 new babies! We had Friends Christmas at the Gies', which I don't have any pictures of so send me some friends. This year we got all the baby cousins (minus little Sophie) and went on an outing to the Cougar Mountain Zoo. They had a reindeer exhibit and Santa was there; always fun to get out of the house with all the babies for a new adventure. On Christmas Eve we went down to Trav's Grandpa Tom's house in Tacoma for the evening of lots of family, which again didn't have my camera for so need some pictures (it must be my pregnant brain taking over). Then stayed the night in Gig Harbor with Jeanie and Kal and had a fabulous Christmas morning with the five of us. We missed Leah since she is in France but we Skyped with her for a few so we got a taste of her being with us for a little while at least. After breakfast and presents we headed back to Kirkland for dinner at my Parents with my Dad's side of the family, which was delicious and overloaded with more family.
This year my immediate family was all over the place for Christmas Day so we got together before Christmas and all opened presents as a family. The best part for me was watching the kids open their presents; my parents expressions for their present was pretty good too. :)
This Holiday Season was so fun for us, especailly with Payton. I can't believe there will be two little ones with us next year! I hope you all enjoyed your time with family and friends. We missed those we could not see. Love you all!
