So its true! We are having a baby!!! We found out our big news on January 22nd! It was so hard to not say anything to a lot of our family and friends but the people we did tell early on were so excited for us! Especially Grandma Sue and Jeanie and Grandpa Andy and Kal!!! Our first appointment was finally on February 26th, which felt like it took forever from the day we found out. It was so relieving to talk with the Doctor and have them say, "you are pregnant" even though I knew I was. We got several questions answered and found out our due date and how far a long I actually am.
Our due date is set for October 4th and as of right now I am 10.5 weeks along. Only a week and a half until I am officially through my First Trimester!!!
These last couple of months Travis and I have kind of been hermits because I have been SO exhausted! We have watched close to 100 movies (exaggerating a little) and feel like we have been financially supporting the weekend Blockbuster staff. I have been very fortunate in that I have not gotten sick at all. I have just been super tired. Other than being tired, I am doing just great.
Travis has been working hard around the house, getting things baby-ready. We are just so anxious and excited and happy to be expanding our family!
Our next appointment is in two weeks. I will be sure to update this blog after each appointment since we will be going every four weeks from now on. I will also try to add pictures every so often.
Once my tummy gets as big as Trav's (he is totally pushing his out!!), we will post my picture!Thanks for reading and feel free to post or email me with questions or if I forgot to include anything. Love you all!! :)
